And the staff professional and took care of our issues right away. What I didn't like was that I had to leave."

"The customer service was top. The only thing that was not ok with my family was the beach area (something the hotel staff cannot control). The beach has a lot of sargassum (summer 2025), and it’s not possible to swim. Options are taking a catamaran or going to Cozumel via ferry. Food was good (and we are very selective with that). We are happy with our stay!!! "

Every team member we encountered—from the front desk to the wait staff—was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay unforgettable. The food was a standout highlight. Every meal, whether from the buffet or à la carte restaurants, was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We especially appreciated the variety offered each day—there was always something new and delicious to try. The resort itself is stunning. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the pools are clean and inviting, and the beach access couldn’t be more convenient. We also took full advantage of the spa and fitness center, both of which exceeded expectations. The only small critique would be the king bed—it was a bit firmer than we prefer. A softer mattress or plush topper would have made it perfect. Overall, this was one of the best all-inclusive experiences we’ve ever had. This was our second time and we intend to return in the future! "

But people, let me tell you. We have NOTHING but good things to say about this place, their people, the food, the activities, the room, the pools, the drinks. It was all amazing. They pay such close attention to details and remember little things that you said or liked or ate. They even polished our sunglasses and brought them back to us at lunch, just because. We loved it.
