"Experiencia muy decepcionante y lejos de justificar el precio. Llegamos puntuales al check-in y desde el inicio hubo insistencia incómoda para asistir a un “desayuno” promocional. A los 30 minutos intentamos reservar cena y ya no había disponibilidad. En el restaurante, de 4 platillos, 2 no estaban disponibles y faltaban básicos como papas a la francesa y aguacate. La calidad de alimentos, muy baja. Para cerrar, el balcón estaba sucio, con muebles llenos de excremento de palomas, evidenciando falta de limpieza por días. En general, pésima experiencia y muy mala relación calidad-precio. No lo recomendaría. Hay mejores opciones por casi el mismo precio."

"Resort was very quiet past 10pm. Staff was extremely friendly and kind. Food was decent from what i tried but we mainly ate off the resort. The pool gets packed and more chairs would be useful but overall great stay. Would come back here"

"Property is rundown does not look like the pictures it’s catfish. food is super horrible there’s raccoons which one chased my child. One of the staff members was super rude to me. I will never go back again waste of money do not recommend."
