푸에르토 모렐로스 모텔

“There is nothing we did not like. Staff so wonderful; pools pristine and fun; food was excellent and many choices. Room was so inviting; loved the TV channel with Jimmy Buffett in concert 24/7. Special call out to the best concierge, Janey. Erick at breakfast always saw us enter the Boathouse and gave us a table up front because we are partially handicapped. Landshark Bar and Grill always yummy and fun. We has a swim out room and it was wonderful. We were there in August and returned in October....

“We really enjoyed the location of our boutique hotel. Close to all or most of the restaurants etc. The only negative is the street noise as the windows are single pane. The free coffee at the reception and pastries in the morning is a plus.”

“Super bien situé avec une vue magnifique. Pas besoin de voiture, tout est à proximité et se fait à pied”

“Hotel bien ubicado y a la orilla del mar”

“Everything was amazing”

“Good stuff- amazing and very friendly staff. The resort is clean and well maintained. lots of activities/entertainment throughout the day. No reservations required at their 4 restaurants, 1 buffet open all day long. Not so good- there’s an ocean at the back of the property, it’s not a beach lol. There’s cabana and chairs available but that’s pretty much what you can do at their beach. Water is brown (not sure why, the sea weed season was apparently already over), we attempted to go to the...

“Amazing hotel with outstanding food and drinks options.”

“The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.”

“The entrainment was great There was some problems with the room”

“This is one of the BEST resorts our group has stayed at, we all felt the same. Service, food, property and location all 10/10. Also we all LOVED being able to tip the team by adding to our room and paying at check out. I suspect this has drastically improved tips for the staff and the resort's ability to attract the obviously high level of service team that works here.”

“The staff is very welcoming and the food is great. Great place to relax. We accidentally booked the family resort instead of adults-only and we were not disappointed.”

“Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées”

“Very nice”

“점심은 맛있게 먹었지만 밖에 비치바와 레스토랑이 너무 일찍 닫아서 많이 즐기지 못했어요. 저녁에 레스토랑 예약한 곳은 음식이 너무 늦게나와 기다리기 힘들었습니다. 우리가 먼저 주문했지만 다른 테이블 음식이 먼저 나오고 우리는 음료만 있고 음식은 없었어요. ”

“We enjoyed staying here. We’re a quiet couple with no children around mid 30 and 40s. We read that this building was the quietest of the 3 resorts and it’s true. No loud music and annoying entertainment by the pool. Just peace and quiet. Great pool service. The roof top pool is only adults if you really dont want to see kids. Of course the big downfall is the beach. But you don’t come to Riviera Maya for the beach. It was very rocky and full of sargassum which was expected. They make up for it...
