โThis hotel was very nice and clean. It has a gothic vibe which we loved! So different from the Hilton and Holiday Inn hotels!
We were on the top floor and it was very quiet. I did not see an elevator so if you have mobility issues this needs to be considered and inquired with the staff in advance. It was located some 500m from downtown so it was a nice walk without being disruptive and far enough to not hear the noise at night. There is no on site parking but a reserved parking 2 blocks down,...

โUn appartamento davvero splendido in un contesto molto curato e tranquillo. L'appartamento aveva due camere, cucina e servizi, tutto immacolato e molto curato nell'arredamento e dettagli. Una dimora con fascino storico, con tutte le amenitร moderne. La zona รจ tranquillissima, circondato da verde e giardini. Si trova a metร strada tra Kingston e Gananoque: soluzione perfetta per esplorare l'area. โ
โI liked the floors in the rooms & no carpet. Much cleaner. The TV had decent channels that I didnโt have to subscribe to in order to watch something. Great location for us to get to places easily. Food, laundromat close by, a movie theater & shopping. Very friendly, helpful staff! ๐คโ

There's a little noise between floors. The sound of walking upstairs is pounding.โ
โThe hotel had a pool, which seemed to attract many large family groups. The noise from families playing in the hallways was extremely irritating. The bathroom in the room only had a shower booth, but the floors and walls felt rough with what appeared to be other people's dead skin. It made me question whether the place was cleaned at allโtruly the worst. The toilet handle seemed broken and barely functional, which was very disappointing.
Inside the room, electrical wires were untidily hanging...
