"Parking my SUV in the parking garage during renos was fine. Check-in was fast and smooth. I was in awe when I saw my room, soooooo nice! The closet smelled brand new as if never used. Bathroom clean. I connected to Netflix on the TV easily. Dinner at the restaurant and breakfast brought to my room was quick, delicious, could be getter priced. I'm looking forward to returning!"

That evening there was substantial winds from the west hitting the building square on and there must be a piece of exterior cladding or flashing that was banging up against the exterior wall ALL NIGHT, I had to run the heating/cooling fan on all night to try and help drown out the noise. a bad night sleep :( I did let the front desk know and all I got was "Thanks, I'll let maintenance know" and two free coffees. "

"This is by no means a five star hotel. But it has to be the best value for the money in Kingston! It’s on the water, downtown, close to Queen’s, has super comfy, nicely made-up beds, and a carefully boxed breakfast with plenty to eat, including coffee, that you can take with you, or enjoy in the hotel dining area, with a view of the nearby square. I stay here whenever I visit/ drive my son back to school from Burlington. The price is right, and it’s always reliable! They have paid, underground...

"A very clean and well-maintained hotel with two great restaurants/bars and friendly staff. The breakfast was disappointing after reading good reviews of it. The coffee machines were both empty when we arrived and the food wasn’t hot or tasty. It’s probably good if you arrive earlier. We were there towards the end of the morning. We would definitely stay here again. "
