"The heating unit is very loud in the room and there is no way to turn off the washroom fan. I closed the door so I couldn’t hear it. The room is great, very spacious and all things needed to have a very comfortable stay for a few days. Breakfast was fantastic! Service prompt and very friendly, addressed any concerns immediately. "

"The hotel is right downtown & close to everything"

"We didn’t use the laundry facilities. The room was clean. We used the pool and gym. We appreciated these facilities. The staff was friendly. We checked in a little early and checked out a little later in the morning after using the pool with no problems. We chose this hotel due to a hospital visit. The hotel is easy to get to and it all worked out very well. "

"Gorgeous property! We stayed at the Belvedere recently as well and this time brought friends to enjoy the Smith (three rooms total). We were all suitably impressed and will return! Special shout out to Melanie - such a gem. And the front desk agent who recognized my husband on the Smith "Ring" cam from our Belvedere stay (cannot recall her name but I believe she is from Brazil - she is so lovely). Kudos to all!"

"This property was budget friendly and easy to get to. There is nothing around it for restaurants without a drive. The paint was cracking on the walls and property could use an upgrade. Continental breakfast was good - toast, english muffins, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled but frozen) and waffles. The drink machine froze up and wasn't always working. The ice machine was in another room that we found (not told about), only because we saw it. The rooms with two beds could use an additional chair, so you aren't having to eat on the bed with white comforters. I chose this hotel because of the price. It has free parking and free breakfast unlike some of the other hotel/motels in the area. The breakfast area was at the front of the property, we had to walk outside across the parking lot. The parking lot was not salted or sanded, so we had to walk carefully."
