"We had an excellent stay at Grand Palladium Select Bávaro and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, full-service resort experience in Punta Cana.
A major highlight of our trip was our Expedia Concierge, Juan Jalpay. His customer service was truly exceptional, day and night. Juan personally came to our room to make sure everything was up to standard and that we were completely comfortable. He also helped arrange transportation around the property, dinner reservations, and our airport transfer. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure our family had a great experience made a huge difference during our stay.
The resort itself is massive, with several connected hotels and plenty of restaurants, activities, pools, and areas to explore. The food was very good overall, and we especially recommend La Paisiana. It was one of our favorite dining experiences during the trip.
We also want to give a huge shout-out to our driver, Luis. He took us all around the resorts and was always available with just a quick text message. He was dependable, friendly, and made getting around the large property extremely easy.
We did not join the Travel Club during this visit, but after the experience we had, it is definitely something we would consider during our next stay.
