"We had an amazing stay at the Wonderful Ocean Blue Resort in Punta Cana. From the moment we arrived, the service stood out—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our experience enjoyable. The room service was excellent, always prompt and reliable, and added an extra level of comfort to our stay. The beach was absolutely beautiful, with soft sand and crystal-clear water that made it hard to leave each day. The food throughout the resort was also outstanding, with a great variety of options and consistently high quality. Every meal felt like a treat. The only minor downside was that two of the specialty restaurants were difficult to book, as reservations were unavailable until quite late at night. However, this didn’t take away much from an otherwise fantastic experience. Overall, we would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway."

"The internet worked on and off half the time, the rooms all smell really musty even after switching rooms 3 separate times and each room all had their own issue. Some had slow drains, one had a toilet that didn’t flush too well, and the other one just had black grime built up near the shower corners. Most of the servers are nice and smile while there’s a couple that just doesn’t look happy. Food was probably the most disappointing part, I wasn’t fond of any of it "

"We had a really great vacation at Majeatic Elegance. Very pretty grounds and the beach was beautiful. Pretty blue water and no seaweed! Staff were friendly and the entertainment team was fun! The resort does need some updating though. The tiles in the pool are falling off and our bed sounded like it was going to fall apart every time we got in or out. Overall, we had a fun family vacation but I would recommend the Majestic Mirage over the Elegance. "

"The process for making restaurant reservations needs attention. It was a lot of fun, you must like to party to enjoy this experience! "

"If you are not a smoker, then don't go. People were able to smoke everywhere. Wake up to go out to the balcony to get some fresh air, and just blasted with smoke. Go down to the pool to relax and take in some fresh air, only to then be blasted with smoke from every direction. I prefer places with designated smoking areas that are away from others."
