“We enjoyed our stay. Other than the construction happening in front of the hotel making it difficult to navigate for a short amount of time, the stay was perfect. Good breakfast, clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff. Thank you for a great stay!”

“Property very dated and they have serious cleaning staff problems ! Did not clean our room and left door open”

“Very helpful. They retrieved an item we left behind until we could go back to get it.”

“The room was really clean. The bed was a little hard, but the fire pit was nice as well. Brandon the overnight front desk was a real pleasure to talk with! We would definitely stay here again.”

“Sleep in is amazing very nice and quiet place. Very clean and good breakfast! Rooms are very nice and clean. Right next to downtown Boone!”

“Very nice place to stay. Great breakfast. I have no complaints. I would stay here again.”

“small rooms no windows strange bathroom”

“Decent breakfast”

“The room had a very strong, unpleasant smell. Both the carpet and the air coming from the AC had a noticeable odor, which made the room uncomfortable. On top of that, the toilet was extremely loud when flushed, sounding like a tractor. Overall, the room was not a pleasant place to stay, and the hotel needs to improve its cleanliness and maintenance.”

“Our room was infested with ants. Staff completely dismissive of problem. Sprayed for ants with children in room. Was told not to expect a refund. Will never return again!”

“Its just way overpriced. Not clean or well keept, restaurant is bad, room was not ready. Nothing terrible, but for the price I think it is terrible.”
