"We had the best stay at Residence Inn. We had to leave our airbnb and thought we had booked a one bedroom for ourselves and our 20 year old son. When it turned out I had only booked a studio, Sarah at the front desk, went above and beyond to find us a one bedroom so that we three adults didn't have to spend the week sleeping in the same room. The breakfast was great, the space was spotless, free laundry!, a great gym, and an excellent location for jumping on the Piccadilly line. I cannot recommend enough. "
"The staff are excellent. The hotel had a gym and a pool whichbis not something many London hotels have. The rooms are small but clean. For a solo business traveler, this hotel is great value for the money. I have stayed at thia hotel before and I would return without hesitating."
"Great service, clean spacious room. The shower door opened only to the inside and therefore for a large person it was very difficult to use. Of course there was a bathtub with a shower attachment, but no screen. Suggestion: either replace the shower door with one that opens to the outside or put a shower screen on the bathtub. "
"Kind and helpful staff. Warm lobby ambience. All day free coffee , tea and water makes one feel at home. Good breakfast.
Some technical issues in room 214 need fixing."
"Quirky but lovely old building that puts the modern, often soulless chain of hotels to shame. Our room was clean and packed with amenities. The staff were highly professional and attentive at all times. The Melody restaurant was great and the portion sizes were large! The whisky bar had an incredible range to choose from but could be dangerous! We would definitely recommend this and we will be returning next time we visit London. "
"The interior design of the building is gorgeous - and our room had an amazing view of the city! All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was a hit. "
