"This place is very difficult to find. The phone number on hotels.com is not registered with the address, so it will be difficult to locate even when using GPS. By public bus, I think the bus only operates twice a day and probably does not operate on Sundays. it is just a waste that such a wonderful experience was hampered by the difficulty to look for the location. "Stayed for 8 days. The original room given was too noisy, thanks to Bella from the front desk for her effort and swiftness, I was allocated a quieter room at the north wing. The room was spacious and clean. One of the best bed I have slept on, so comfortable and fluffy. The restaurant at the 12th floor has a modern design. It is spacious with good ambience. Breakfast spread was acceptable. A very good location as mentioned by many reviewers. Overall, I had a great stay !"
