“The evening staff that was at the front desk upon checking in was about as useful as a book of matches in hell. I asked questions and his answers were only about the one elevator. The breakfast offerings were okay, much better than other chains. The bedding was comfortable with an assortment of firm and soft pillows. The bathroom was large and handicap friendly. I did not like that the room was joined to another, so I tried to block the doorway as I'm not sure how easy it is to access from the...

“Pictures don’t fit the real thing. Very outdated and rooms not very clean. Only 2 towels in the room and none at the pool. We stopped at the desk and asked for more towels, the gentleman was kind and brought us 4 small pool towels and 1 towel said they were in the dryer, asked for room # and said would send some up in about 30 minutes. They never came so in the morning stopped at desk to request towels and the lady said they were washing, she never checked nothing. My son said to be careful...

“First off numerous guest running up and down hallways all night . Continuing to knock on each other's doors laughing and hollering very loudly. Heard this all night up until 5 to 530 in the morning. Apparently quiet time after 10 pm is a joke. Second floor smells alot like burnt popcorn amd cant be missed. Overall never again.”

“Great place to stay. I did not get to use the pool or hot tub but they looked clean. Breakfast was great with gluten free products. I will stay there again”
