“Was honestly very disappointed with the stay. Spider webs everywhere. Looked clean but clearly the room had not been booked in a while since spider webs were everywhere. No staff on site which was odd & I have never been to a hotel with no hair dryer. The fridge was making all sorts of loud noises so it was hard to sleep. “You can’t go wrong with Holiday Inn Express. This hotel is super clean, well maintained, excellent hot breakfast and super nice dining room as well. The bedding was like new, same with the chair in room. Bathroom was perfect and clean! This hotel is also in a safe and nice area. There’s also a lot of new stores and restaurants just on the opposite side of the freeway. Also close to Centralia if you like Outlet Malls.”

“The food was so awful. A party of 6 and the food was not very edible. Fake chicken in the salad, clam chowder was a powder water mix was thick and tasteless. We opted to go elsewhere for breakfast next day. Fancy restaurant was closed, it was a Thursday understandable. Menu at restaurant was limited and no appealing. Walking from hotel entrance to casino was closed had to walk further and with elderly that was an issue. Staff was very friendly; we will not be staying again at 250.00 per night.”
