"Hotel is getting tired. Needs new carpet paint etc. also there were girls asking if we needed anything out front when we arrived. Bed was comfortable. "

"This hotel has something going on. There were false reports that I was locked out of my room, transferred to another room and one of the receptionist said she saw me in the room that they supposedly transferred me to which is a lie. It’s crazy they would lie. I’m sure she probably had someone she knew staying there and tried to falsify documents .. sure she does this all the time. Housekeeping tried to come into the room twice to rush us out at 9am without even knocking but this was to cover up what she was doing so they can hurry and clean the room. To add, my card was then charged almost $400 when I had already paid and was told it would only be for incidentals . Please be careful choosing to stay here especially when they claim they are always sold out. Not the case "

"Do not stay here!! Paid $250 /night for 2 nights. Escalators were broke, water leakes, air condition out for a couple hours, lastly my truck got hit the cement cielings in the parking garage. Told me i was clear to go in and then hotel and valet denied responsiblitlity then they all said they woulld cover my valet so when i was checking out they said they couldnt cover both nights of valet only 1. I will never stay here again!!! Dont say i didnt warn you!!"

"Clean Rooms. The only suggestion I have is to be sure breakfast is warm or hot at least. The eggs and meats were barely warm Friday morning. They need to be stocked more, as we had to ask for things that should have been out at 7:30 am Friday morning. More fruit too. The yogurt was a good option, but fresh fruit toppings would have been much appreciated."
