Outside area was overgrown with weeds. Even the entrance sign to the parking lot was partially obstructed by weeds.”

“Room was clean, easy check in and parking.”

I called back an hour later and we were told our reservation was cancelled and we had been sent an email. My Expedia account still showed booked and current so I was extremely confused and looked for the email and was unable to find anything...
