“D12 treetops at Clarach bay is a lovely setting. Family friendly and lovely staff. We had hot water and good recycling facilities. The site was perfect. However, some of our bedcovers had chocolate on them!!! We found spares to use instead. The green headboard on the main bedroom had a strong smell of unwashed hair ( it seriously needs to be replaced). We had no WiFi and on enquiring we were informed the previous guests had used it up? There were plenty cleaning materials and cooking facility...

“Chalet was clean on arrival, well equipped with cook top, multifunction microwave/convection oven( I took my own air fryer) site easy accessible, good parking, centrally located so able to visit both both and south Wales easily. Chalet was good value for price. ”
