“The property is old beams, four poster beds, sloping floors, beautiful property nice restaurant local to shops pubs and staff young and very helpful and polite nothing too much trouble, our room had a king size 4 poster bed high but very comfortable good shower too, definitely be going back again food was very good also and when you stay you get 10% off food and drink”

“It is a very old building and we had to climb up and down many stairs, but we are both agile so that was fine. We had a tiny television, which we didn't try out. We only had 1 set of towels in the room and not enough milk for drinks, so we asked at reception to rectify this. We were asked if we had looked in the wardrobe, we had, but found nothing. “The hotel is modern and therefore has contemporary facilities. We use the swimming pool, sauna and steam room on two occasions they were all clean and hygienic. The hotel is slightly outside the centre of the city but easily accessible and we’re able to drive along the coast and see the beautiful coastline.”

“Had a great stay here, it had everything from great food , friendly staff and a well equipped gym and pool. To top it off for us, it’s dog friendly too! All the staff were super helpful and attentive to our needs, from reception to bar and gym staff. Everyone made us feel so welcome, even the gym members. “Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Excellent food. Disappointed with the spa facilities, certainly not luxury. Massage rooms were in a hut next to the swimming pool. You had to walk behind the reception desk and through the swimming pool to get there. There was no relaxation room. Enjoyed the massage but for the price I had hoped for some luxury and somewhere to lie down and chill afterwards. Also you have to go through the tiny gym to get to the hot tub and if someone is using the treadmill...

“We stayed at what is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but we were disappointed that there was no air conditioning or telephone service in the room. As it was a very warm week during the heatwave, the room became quite uncomfortable and we had to request an extra fan. “The first room was up 4 flights of stairs which was difficult having COPD the central heating was permanently on and couldn't turn it off, it made a racket all night stopped us sleeping, they eventually moved us to a bungalow which was much better but the hot water was boiling hot and could be very dangerous for children . There was NO restaurant or bar which was advertised . it was self catering but no shop to buy food and the internet on for 4 days Not impressed and would not recommend”
