"Amazing hotel with fancy suites (two rooms). The rooms are very clean, and every day every guest gets a chocolate ball, and water bottle. The hotel is at the entrance to Bansko a 5-minute drive from the entrance to the Old Center. The hotel has free nearby parking. Not all staff speaks English but everyone is eager to help. Breakfast is rich and very good. There is a spa center, which includes a heated pool, hot tub and saunas."

"This hotel has a nice small outdoor pool open through the winter (08 am through 20-00) where thermal water stays sufficiently warm, and a warmer indoor pool. Sodium-fluoride waters are nice. "Not in enough promoted hotel. Excellent food (breakfast and a la card). Generally, in Bulgaria people working as waiters are not pleasant and this hotel are not exceptional. Big and clean apartments. "

"The fact that the room they gave to us ,was unclean and you could see old spider webs on the seeling,it's enough by it self. But also the drains smell really bad . We found spoons with dirt on them. They seem to be there for long time .some sheets had holes in them!!!"

The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko."
