“We paid for a room with all inclusive. The food was very delicious and diverse. The spa centre was clean, not overly crowded and spacious. The spa aria is on two floors , there are several steam baths and saunas. We like the outside pool and jacuzzi because of the hot water and the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage is that after dinner there isn’t entertainment for the guests ,like a play room, especially when you’re in Bansko out of the season. One...

“A clean, friendly, helpful hotel. Inexpensive: not fancy-dancy, but a very good value. Quiet neighborhood a short walk to the center. I had a balcony and private bathroom (but one of those where the whole room becomes the shower). Simple breakfast of a chocolate croissant, coffee, and orange “nectar” (not real juice). Good WiFi and heater. The owner offered me a free entry to Alpha Spa hot springs, which was a real treat! So you might ask if you could get the same, or at least a discount. (But...

“After an exhausting day, its a place to relax! The hotel located in the middle of the forest, magical place. The pool could be a little bit warmer... good sauna, all facilities in a good condition. Its worthwhile to take a breakfast and dinner.”

“We stayed in Hotel Centaur for four nights in August 2014, our time there added something magical to our trip and has given us wonderful memories. The hotel is owned and run by a mother and son team, who did so much to make us feel welcome and gave us a lovely taste of the local culture and cuisine. ”

“Parkkialue talvella todella pieni. Aamupalalla kannattaa varautua taustalla voimakkaasti soivaan teknomusiikkiin. Huone oli koko viikon todella likainen vaikka siivooja kävi päivittäin. Pyydettäessä lisä siivousta harjasivat vain lattian. Henkilökunta puhui huonosti englantia. Vastaanotto aukesi vasta klo 7. Spa osastolla ei ole hierontaa.
