โA proper pub, excellent facilities, decent breakfast. Clean and tidy, comfortable room. Pleasant staff. Ideal location for my needs too. Fine pint of Guinness.โ
โThis was very much a last minute job, we were travelling home from 2 days in that London and were worn-out. This was in fact the only place we could find that wasn't either booked up or cost outrageous money. Although, the directions link on the Expedia app took us to the middle of nowhere so we had to phone the lovely people at the hotel for help. When we got there we were surprised it was a much bigger and better place than we expected. Would definitely go again.โ
โLovely area - Harlow Park. The property has a beautiful well- kept garden. The owner and staff were friendly and helpful, the atmosphere in the house was homely. Food and drink available to buy and prepare on site in the well- eqipped kitchen. Books and board games galore. โ
โGreat hotel reasonably priced, managed to play at the golf course on the evening they weee really friendly and the course was good some nice challenging holes, โ
โParticularly enjoyed the atmosphere, the service was spot on. The bed were very comfortable and spatious and the pillows super soft. Hair dryer, coffees and teas provided. The tv was also lovely. Bathrooms veryb cleaned.โ
โHotel lovely in great surroundings. Room clean but bathroom needed refreshing.(the door).
we had dinner in the bar although a little pricey food was excellent and plenty of it.
The only down side was the state of the drive with quite a few pot holes could be a problem if unsteady on your feet and not good on the car tyres.โ
โOnly spent one night here, very comfortable room and friendly helpful staff. Shopping mall opposite and places to eat nearby, breakfast was also good โ
