The deluxe room we were given was dark, dirty and small, not what we were expecting. We ended up paying for an upgraded king suite room which was in much better conditon.

The fives hotel and beachfront has one of the most friendliest staff. They always great you when they pass by you and make you feel like family. Their ambassador take the time to make sure that your needs are met. We also did the spa experience which was 50 min hydro therapy and 50 minute massage and left like new. Overall it was a good experience.

Really enjoyed staying 15nights at the fives, the 16 resteraunts were all good, evening entertainment was a bit disappointing, it even ended early one night because of rain, buy other than that we haf a fantastic time at the fives

Great resort, friendly staff and great food options. Because it was low season, not every restaurant was open every night and they don’t take reservations so you have to wait a bit. But otherwise it was a great vacation

Great Family Hotel

We met friends of ours from Italy here this is a great option for families with kids of different ages. There’s lots to do and it’s a nice break from the typical on the beach all inclusive because you have the jungle shaded area that you get to walk through so there’s always choices and a break from the sun.

Our family had such a wonderful experience! Issac was the best transportation- so friendly and made every trip to the beach, room and restaurants fun! Giovani was such a fun entertainer and the best to visit with! Rolando worked at the Mexican restaurant and made the whole family experience so fun!! Camilo- love and wellness!
