“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Everything was terrible. They sent is to the wrong building twice for check-in (dragging kids and luggage from building to building.). Rooms don’t match description, shower flooded, rooms too small for luggage, room unprepared upon arrival, non-functional internet, broken cabinets, thin and worn out mismatched towels, and a collection of 10 keys all put together without annual labels, apparently one for each cabinet, bathroom, entry, etc. I mean this place was terrible...

“I recommend next time better communication on the location of the property and with the location of where the reservation is sent. The reason for this is we spent an hour and a half once we arrived at the property with the property owner trying to check in having issues verifying the reservation! Then we had a second issue trying to get a parking spot! Last I would recommend the property owner to make sure they clean and thoroughly check over the unit before renting it out, as some of the items...

“The studio was very dirty. We sent photos to ebookers.fi to see how dirty it was. In bedroom roof was spidernest hanging. Bathroon bathcurtain was black so dirty downpart. Dust and dirty all over. We neededto wash the dishes when arrived as dirty. Only 2 towel wassort of clean. All the rest weredirty and stinked so neededto wash them. Dirt and dust in furnitures and on the floor. NOT recommend this place 1 Tower 15 L studio. Owner did not take any responce.”
