The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"Got two rooms, no hot water in either room, shower heads were plugged in both rooms no cable in one room and no wires to hook it up, the views were great, internet was great but the showers and hot water was an issues and before they say something about not being plugged in or turned on, I am a plumber and they were, they shower heads were so clogged that only a few holes allowing water through but with no pressure."

"First could not find reservation, Waited over one hour and lady at desk had an attitude. Then taken to wrong room; no ocean view. Then moved to another building and it has a ocean view from 14th floor over a 1/4 mile away! No where near the beach; you have to walk to a open field and then pay to go on the beach. This is just old condo's that are empty and poorly managed and false advertising at the least. would NEVER recommend! Oh, and a $13.00 per hour early check in; charged for 2 hours even...

Plantation Bay a Real Resort with a Real Spa

"The salt water lagoons were attractive, especially if you reserve a lagoon view room. We didn't get any cleaning service because we apparently had a light on that meant "Do not Disturb", but we don't know how we turned it on. That worked out fine because we were on a short weekend honeymoon. I loved the shower in the bathroom, with multiple water jet outlets for maximum water massage and relaxing, and the water temperature could be easily adjusted. Even better than in my condo I was renting in Cebu City. There seemed to be a decent amount of activities available like biking (we rented a tandem bicycle), played ping pong and billiards in their game room for free, but there was so much more we didn't have time to try. The breakfast buffet we had was included in our reservation/billing for free and was one of the best breakfast places I have ever had in Cebu, and never walked away hungry! The staff was very courteous and helpful from every restaurant on the property we tried. As an American, I'm used to larger portion sizes for any lunch or dinner entrée that I order, so that is just a minor complaint; however, the food quality and especially the flavor of my order was superb. I would go back to their Palermo restaurant again, no question! Their excellent staff should be proud of the work they did to make our time as happy as they made me and my wife for our short stay. We were very satisfied and would visit again! Best regards, Mr & Mrs Steve & Jocelyn B."

"Loved our stay. The staff were so attentive and helpful. Everything we needed was a call away. The rooms were so clean and spacious. There is a dedicated mall entrance connected by a walkway through the main lobby. We booked a massage, and while they don’t have a dedicated massage parlor, having them come to our room to massage us on the bed was very nice. Family visited us during the morning and they let two of the kids eat breakfast at no extra charge. The pool was always empty which was a plus. Overall we had a great stay and would absolutely stay again."

"The customer service was excellent. We had a minor leak, and within minutes of identifying it, the staff arrived to inspect it and promptly transferred us to new rooms. We understand things break but we appreciated how quickly they responded and transfered us even transferjng our luggage to the new roomsThe customer service was exceptional.
