No parking area. You have to pay a parking meter on the surrounding streets. No windows or external view in the room. In the corridor it smells like sewage. But I liked the spaciousness of the room. The hotel is 5 min. walking to the beach and it is right on Fifth Avenue (the famous tourist corridor). I guess you get what you pay.

Hotel descuidado, habitación pequeña, mobiliario e instalaciones en general viejas y sin mantenimiento. Hay mejores opciones por el mismo precio en la zona. Lástima. Era un lugar agradable

La habitación del 1er día, tenía mucha humedad y el colchón se sentían los alambres, la del día siguiente ya que pedimos la cambiarán, estuvo mejor en cuanto al colchón y solo la llave del lavabo tenía fuga y goteaba.

This property is a complete health hazard. The pictures listed are deceptive and from over 10 years ago. DO NOT stay at this hotel. Just to name a few things that I witnessed first hand. -Filthy mattress with body fluids, mold, stains etc. in my room and older mattresses scattered in hallways around the hotel. (Yes you read that correctly) -Broken staircases with cement buckets holding them together. -cracked walls and ceilings with holes. -Filthy towels and bed sheets with bodily fluid, blood stains and mold. -old filthy dated smelly furniture -no hot water -filthy green pool -filthy bathrooms with cracked walls and broken doors. I can honestly go on and on. I booked a 5 night stay and left after one night. Reason I stayed was because I arrived in the late evening and wasn’t able to book another night elsewhere. This place is disgusting to say the least and the owners don’t seem to care. My family and I stayed here over 10 years ago and it was a beautiful boutique then. Unless you are comfortable living in filth, stay away.

The only convince is the location. Other than that bad service . So dirty rooms. The check in delays to much. Not hot water in the restrooms. Pool whit moll. In general this place is dirty over all. I will never recommend. To any one.

A must for those with a sense of adventure who want to end up without their reserved room, let alone any room at all! We had reserved 6 months in advance, only to be told when we arrived that our apartment style room had been sold to an airbnb owner and ceased to be part of their hotel after a change of ownership!

Tired Hotel
Its ok for a cheap night, but the infrastructure is very worn out. Needs a major upgrade. The area is very noisy untill about midnight.

Muy descuidado todo. No cuenta con agua caliente y en nuestra estancia no hubo wifi ni TV. En las fotos ofrece un desayuno más completo. Solo es un reducido plato de fruta y café. En general no recomiendo

It’s a like a used Lamborghini
This hotel has some good designs but had seen better days. The hotel is on fifth Avenue across from the Coffee café. This is prime real estate and it’s a great place for people watching. it’s close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel is well-designed when it was built in the early 90s but management has failed to upkeep the facility. For example, there are three pools but only one works. There is missing wood on the banisters. The cable suspended shelving are broken and the wood that the shelves are made from peeling the stone basin has stains there is not enough towels and no comforter Continental breakfast was a nice touch in the view from the breakfast room is good. The noise level from the drunks in the hotel and on the street made it difficult to sleep.

Por 2 vezes faltou água, a piscina verde, imprópria para banho, quarto e banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, chuveiro entupido, descarga do vaso as vezes não funciona. Não recomendo

Loved location but the bathroom was dirty, had contaminated water and the jacuzzi was not worth it as it was dirty too.

The hotel was already closed in business when we arrived there - obviously they did not notify expedia about their closure and we had to pay higher price to stay in a poor condition hotel nearby ... also causing the shuttle bus driver to get a parking ticket (which we had to reimburse for ticket & time & extra service) ...

Le falta más limpieza, solución problemas de internet, no es lo que dice la plataforma, las toallas las cambian hasta que cumples 3 días de estancia, la regadera del baño no tiene privacidad de puertas, el restaurante no funciona cuando en plataforma dice que si, el desayuno en YAAXMARKET estuvo excelente el chico Ignacio nos atendía cada día con una actitud increíble. Es muy segura el caminar por la quinta de playa del Carmen..
