“The location is pretty good. Near the Trastevere train station, which is helpful. There was construction happening on the street so it was noisy in the morning and I felt the ground shake from the construction. Luckily I didn't need to sleep in so I was awake when it started. The bathroom light for my room does not work and there is only one outlet in the whole room that has a converter for general technology. There are two lamps, but there is not an outlet for the second lamp. It sits there...

“The Lighthouse Suites Trastevere were the perfect home base for our evening in Rome. The staff was extremely helpful and the location was in a gorgeous courtyard that was perfectly located to access the whole city via both bus and car. The room was amazing.”

“Overall the room and its location were great. I would have given 5 stars; however, I had some issues with my checkin process, and did notice some ants crawling on my bed and around room. With regard to checkin, I received instructions on how to get into the property, only after I messaged the host that I arrived, and waited for about 15-20 minutes. I rang the front gate bell for several minutes and no one was present to let me in, despite what the Expedia checkin info stated. The check-in...

“Host does not communicate through Expedia messages , checking in was challenging. Make sure to contact them via WhatsApp. Room was very dusty, outdated , really didn’t quite match the description. Close to Trastevere restaurants.”

“I had a wonderful stay at the La Rivière Guesthouse in Rome. The location was fantastic — close to public transportation and surrounded by restaurants, which was a lifesaver on nights I got home late from work and needed a quick bite. The Ludovico was absolutely amazing and incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed to extend my stay by an extra day. He was attentive throughout and made everything feel easy, which meant a lot while navigating a the city. Otherwise, I have zero complaints...

“Irina What a lovely host! I will definitely come back soon LOVE WHAT YOU GUYS DID TO THAT PLACE lovely Location is prime too”

“We had a terrific stay the night before a cruise. The suites were thoughtfully laid out and decorated/themed with care. The night light for the step to bathroom in the night was very helpful. The location was great; 2 blocks from the Trastevere train station made for an easy walk with luggage. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. 100% would recommend for future stays.”

“Amazing! Wish I could go multiple times! Customer service was wonderful as well!”

“Great communication with staff.”

“Very clean and great staff.”
