“This was my first time coming to this motel and I have zero complaints the rooms are so clean. They’re huge and spacious. The owners are very sweet extremely accommodating, great location has a steakhouse literally in the same parking lot they’re shopping all around you. It’s a really good little location. I will definitely be returning.”

“I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. “Way cleaner than other motels. Quiet and the beds were so comfortable. Felt like a cloud in the family bedroom 2 of the beds that is. The 3rd bed was also good. Will rebook at this motel from here on. The tv was standing which was great to use a Roku stick. Very pleased indeed overall. The owner lady was very pleasant. I really liked her. I recommend colonial motel. Thank you. ”

“Stayed before and since upgrades made to bathroom. Only suggestion would be to up date bedspreads to make look more modern and maybe artwork on walls. Neither affected my opinion of this place, just a thought. The owner is sweet and super friendly. My go to when in the area!”
