"It’s a lovely old building with a good sized room and a comfy bed. The bathroom was the smallest I have ever seen! But it functioned! There is a lovely view and a lovely and lively pub, helpful and friendly staff and a solid breakfast. We would stay again."

"Noise insulation is not the best and a shame that the restaurant does not do takeaways so guests would have been able to enjoy their meals in their rooms or as room service. Other than that, brilliant views, mesmerising decors in the lobby that definitely added to the charm of Whitby"
