“A lovely welcome on arrival, comfortable room with a wonderful view. Great shower, good size of room. Just TV, No netflix or other streaming service. Great service, easy to top up tea, coffee, fresh milk etc. No car park but easy walking distance to other car parks. Near plenty of places to eat. In a lovely, historic part of Rye with lots to see.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Anne's House recently. The house is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable and homely, and Michael and Olivia were so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and we were definitely not left wanting for anything. The house is in a quiet and attractive street, a short walk from the railway station and town centre, so everything was in easy reach. All in all, I could not recommend Anne's House highly enough, and we wouldn't think twice about staying here...

“Solo trip post hiking the Seven Sister's Cliffs. A beautiful and calm place to go to after a challenging hike. My room had a gorgeous view of the English Channel and the entire room and bathroom felt like you were staying in a top spa accommodation. Breakfast was of an array of nice choices. I will come again with my family!”

“We had a three nights’ stay, which was perfect and memorable for all the right reasons. We stayed at Lloyd overlooking the gardens, which was incredibly comfortable and spotlessly clean. The quality of the food was exceptional - be it breakfast, dining in the restaurant or just snacks in the cafes - fresh, presented well and delectable. Having access to the beautifully maintained castle grounds around the clock was a real bonus. What more could I say? Our stay left us spellbound and we will...
