“Spa facilities poorly maintained wood splitting in sauna, no steam room very small pool and small dirty changing facilities. Inadequate gym facilities literally 1 treadmill Old dirty carpet and room smelled old. Tv was inadequate old 1st generation TV. Terrible WiFi signal Reception staff friendly but catering staff not. No food available after 9.30pm no amenities or facilities around to overcome this. Would not recommend staying unless just going to specifically play golf”

“We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was nice and quiet. A fan was available in the room which helped during the heatwave. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No wardrobe but hooks on the wall and hangers for clothes which was ok as we only stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly on arrival and at breakfast. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.”

“Very clean and cozy place but if you don’t have a car or a friend who could give you a ride it’s better to use a hotel in the central village. If you drive this is the hotel. Its swimming pool is very nice as well as its garden. ”

“The hotel is a lovely old pub & breakfast is good. Our room was hot & thought needs to be given to improving the fans in the room. There are a couple of free, open 24 hours car parks within a 2-4 minutes walk. It's old so floors are uneven and there are a lot of half steps.”
