"Took one look in the apartment, it didn’t look anything like the pictures. And the family apt definitely doesn’t sleep 6 (there was only space for 4). The walls were peeling, the towels were stained, the kitchen stovetop was turned off because they said they don’t want us to cook so instead gave one cooktop induction oven. I immediately started looking for somewhere else to stay and left within an hour."

"Overall it was a very good accommodation, location was great, monorail station was just Infront of our accommodation. The lower ground was a shopping mall. Very accessible to restaurants "

"The hotel is well located, a short or moderate walk from a number of tourist attractions. There is a convenience store and various restaurants nearby. I appreciated the laundry and the gym and other guests seemed to be enjoying the common area. The staff was always friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service."

"Overall, very good location! 5mins walk to the nearest LRT. Only 4 stops to KLCC Suria station. Room is clean, good sound proofing and well equipped. Just one suggestion, the shower hot and cold water isn't clearly marked. It looks like the marker indicator have worn off. And the pressure is too strong on first use.Cosmo Hotel KL is an easy recommendation for anyone staying in Malaysia city centre for a few days!"
