보스바랑 리셉션은 자재같은 게 고급스럽고요, 숙소 안은 걍 그래요. 국립공원 초입에 있어서 그런가 아침에 새가 반경 5미터안에 오천마리는 있는 듯이 울어재껴요. 우는 소리도 다 달라서 알람을 한 오백개 맞춰놓은거 같아요. 어차피 그 일대는 다 그럴거예요. 다른숙소에도 있었는데 새가 새가.. 모스쿠이토는 아디다스 삼선무늬있는 산 모스쿠이토예요. 홈매트 가져가세요. 제공되는 슬리퍼가 모스쿠이토 때려잡기에 엄청 좋아요. 밤에 보스바 분위기 너무 좋은데 야외에 앉으면 모스쿠이토에게 피를 바쳐야해요. 공용구역 와이파이는 그냥저냥 빠른편이예요. 방마다 다를수도있지만 유심다들 있으시죠 숙소 안에서는 데이터쓰세요. 위치가 좋고(공항, 바다가까움) 수영장큰편이고 분위기가 차분하고 조용합니다. 킹베드라서 굴러다니면서 잘 수 있어요. 고양이도 살아서 힐링되요. 냥하면 냐앙하면서 대답도 잘해요. 조식먹을때 밥달라고 앉아있는데 넘넘 귀여워요. 다른 투숙객들도 엄마미소로 조식 털려요. 직원들이 조용한데 친절해요. 산장온거같은 따뜻함이 있어요. 픽업드랍오프무료고 조식포함에 체크아웃하고도 수영장이용할수 있어서 만약 기회되면 또 이용할 거같아요. 이상하게 매력적입니다.

Un magnifique hôtel, un personnel extraordinaire, cependant, nous y avons passé 14 jours et avons eu les mêmes draps et le nettoyage n'était pas fait à part un coup vite fait sur le lavabo et la douche ! Le petit déjeuner bien, juste les fruits proposés ont toujours etaient les mêmes alors que la Thaïlande présente un large choix ! Sinon c'etait très bien !

The rooms are large, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The pool and surrounds were a big feature and the beach was across the road which was convenient. The staff could have been more cooperative when I needed to shower and change after using the pool after check out. The change room had no air condiining or a powerpoint for a hairdryer which made it uncomfortable when preparing for my flight.

This is the second time staying at this resort. The rooms are very large, comfortable, quiet and set among nice landscaping and property. Right across from the beach, and on-site restaurant. I definitely will come back again.

The property has been upgraded very well. It still needs areas of improvement such as the decking but its a beautiful hotel. Outside the hotel contains far too much rubbish and wouldnt take much to make ngaiyang a much prettier area. The rubbish near the road to town is shocking and brings down the rating, its just a depressing walk to nearby shops.

While in the spa having a massage, there’s blaring music just outside that began midway through my massage, also on my last day there’s no water in the resort. I came from long day of island hoping and desperately needed a shower, but no water. I made do with bottle to wash all the bare necessities.

Close to the Phuket airport yet has a secluded resort feel. Steps to the beach. Great restaurant selection and market within walking distance. They provide a convenient shuttle to the airport too.

The staff were extremely rude and abrupt. On leaving they summoned us like criminals about slippers that were never present in the room. I was most disappointed with the treatment and let it be know how upset they made us feel. Never I. チェックイン時に対応したスタッフ（40代くらい、女性）の態度が悪かった。 タイ訛りのある英語がなかなか聞き取れなく、何度か聞き返すと、露骨にため息をつかれた。 最後も、『That’s all』など何もなかったので、まだ説明があるのかと思い座っていたら、いつまでそこに座ってるの？というような感じで、すごい睨まれました。ああ、チェックイン終わってたのね、と思い、私が『Thank you』と言っても無視。 彼女が怖くて、フロントに行けなくなりました。帰りのチェックアウトは夫にお願いしました。 部屋は平均的だと思いますが、シャワーの水とお湯の調整が難しく、お湯を出していてもすぐ水になったりします。 目の前がナイヤンビーチでナイヤンビーチの繁華街からも近いので、アクセスは良いと思います。

Nice place but customer service….
Definitely the service wasn’t up to the Thai standards, but not even to the acceptable levels, especially upon checking out. The arrival was quite ok. Nothing special to say. We got a very far away room, with no view. We stayed one night so it was ok. The room was overall good, it had everything we needed. The resort itself was very nice, full of green and trees. We had the first issue during the evening: after we went to sleep we heard a strong sound. We couldn’t locate it at first, so we called the reception at 23:15 to explain the problem and basically she didn’t care. I thought someone was coming to check but as 10 minutes passed, I called again. And told her that this time we managed to locate the source of the sound which was the smoke detector (probably low on batteries). She asked me 2 times if we smoked (I never smoked and this wasn’t a good question to ask as the sound was clearly not after a smoke detection). Anteater this time a guy came and with w ladder removed the smoke detector. All this process took around 40 minutes. The only person who apologized for the inconvenience was the guy with the ladder. The breakfast was ok, passable but nothing special. But a special note goes to the lady of the check out who didn’t smile once, didn’t ask us how we stayed but most surprising she didn’t even say “goodbye”. The good thing was the free pick up for the airport and the guy who brought us there was very nice. Suggestion: improve the customer service at the reception.

This place is beautiful and right in front of the ocean is very safe and quiet, the staff was very friendly. 💯 recommended. there are many restaurant and stores very close within 5 minutes walk. Definitely will stay here again.
