“The absolute best for families or large groups. You can’t beat the clean and updated spacious rooms. The breakfast is unbelievable for a family. The pool area sucks it is way too small and therefore echos and gets very loud very quickly. If they had an outdoor pool and hot tub this would be 5 stars all day long.”

“The Harbinson House was a great place to stay for going to a show at Ace of Spades. It is in a beautiful historic neighborhood and the place itself is a quirky historic home. I was able to walk back and forth from the venue while looking at the amazing architecture of the houses. My room had an Alice In Wonderland theme with a functioning Victorola which was really cool. “Great hotel! Loved the cleanliness, room design and overall experience. Valet and parking are the only complaints. Valet takes about 20 mins or more to retrieve vehicle. Not fault of property, you are staying downtown, parking is hard everywhere and their garage doesn’t seem to be on site of hotel.”

“Our room was a studio with a kitchen on the 8th floor. It was well designed and decorated. The bed was comfortable as well as the sofa. Everything was clean and in working order. Our room was quiet with minimal street noise. I appreciated the convenience of parking in the garage next door with in and out privileges and not needing a valet to get the car. “The housekeeping was awful. There was a noticeable stain on the duvet cover and hair on top and in the sheets. Hair was also found in the shower stall. Troy was very helpful in immediately moving us to another room. That shower also had hair in it. I used the shower hand held and rinsed it out. The brown spider in the bathroom took me over. I spoke with Ryan at the desk and was told he refunded the stay. I have no confirmation or receipt of it. I will be calling them about it. ”
