"the hotel itself is great, rooms are spacious and clean we stayed in a superior family room which was great and had a complementary minibar that was re-stocked. the hotels halls however could do with some TLC , a bit of paint would make this a better review. it just looks a little tired in some places. I was disappointed by the breakfast. the Hot buffet was good but the cold buffet was a bit lacking. You can order some extra bits such as a ham and cheese platter separately but that literally consisted of 2 slices of ham and 2 sad looking pieces of cheese. no selection there, no vegetables. Anything over and above and a bit more fancy you had to pay extra for. So if you are a hot ,fried breakfast type you would love it but if you prefer a cold buffet choice you might be disappointed. The fruit and pastries were ok and so were the cereal but I would only rate this 3 out of 5 stars overall."

"The hotel was in an ideal location for the city centre, parking was essy and reasonably priced. Good breakfast. Room was big, could do with a touch up with some stains on furniture and carpets need cleaning or changing. Bed was great, both slept well. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Great stay."

"We loved everything about our stay. Check in was easy and the couple that run the bed and breakfast were so friendly and accommodating. The rom was perfect and breakfast was delicious. Within walking distance to city center but there is a bus stop just meters from the lodge. Great experience! Highly recommend!"
