“We don’t have a pet. Shops were nearby”

“There aren’t many hotels in the town of Versailles, but this hotel is very nice and looks new. The design of the lobby and the room show that. Everything was clean and breakfast was good. Conveniently located to the town center and many bourbon distilleries in the area. Highly recommended. ”

“My room was not that clean and had a smell of cigarette smoke. I do want to say the staff are very pleasant and very respectful, but can only do so much with the resources they have. There was never any kind of juice in the mornings even after a person came in to fix the machine. Breakfast was adequate despite that. It was a convenient location but I don't know that I would stay there again.”

“Not as nice as most Hampton Inns I have been too and expensive.”

“The dishwasher in our room had something spilled on the front of it that was not cleaned. I arrived early at 2pm and stood at the desk for about 10 minutes while the attendant sat at a table looking at his phone before he noticed me. Then, could not do an early check in, even though it was only an hour before. When I returned after 3pm to check in there were 3 people ahead of me waiting. Seemed like they were not very efficient. ”

“I booked for 10 days and have stayed at this hotel 15 times. Had to leave for two days to take care of mom who is sick and stay with her. But did not cancel my stay. Housekeeping came in and thru away all my groceries, my medicine which was in a box prescribed by my dr for PTSD and never asked me. They called me at 2:20pm that day and I told them I was still staying there and did not cancel my stay. Then when I asked about all my stuff that was in my room they acted like nothing was in there...

“Holiday Inn of Danville was an excellent place to stay. The staff was super friendly and was always willing to help. I will definitely stay there again if I have to go back to Danville.”

“It was like a studio apartment. It even had a flat stove top with two burners. The refrigerator was full-size with an ice maker. Everything was very convenient. It was centrally located. And the staff could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend.”

“Clean and Great breakfast”

“The room was clean and adequate Just very old. You could not get to the sink in the bathroom unless you went all the way in and shut the door. Very small kind of like staying in an old dorm. The area is literally in the middle of nowhere and very dark without good lighting at nite. No porch light to find your way at the front of the building either. I know I sound critical which I don’t like to be. They are great people and the area is beautiful. However, I would most likely not stay...

“Everything was perfect ”

“My from had broken doors, tub held together by black electrical tape, blood on doors and bathroom walls, urine on the walls dried … air system covered in dust .. my non smoking room filled with smoke and marijuana .. when asking the staff for help they acted like it was an inconvenience . Had to ask for towels for the room and was told the hotel was full that’s why I didn’t have towels. The breakfast was oatmeal packs and bread they had no juice in the dispenser and stale cereal. I had to stay...

“Rooms were mediocre. Spacious but sheets had dried fingernail polish and some spots on them. Couldn’t figure out the shower for a short time. Had to pull down on the faucet where the water comes out. Never seen that before. Breakfast was ok. ”
