“Good hotel. Great location and staff was lovely. Fresh coffee every morning was great. Room was very dark (limited lighting in room, smaller window) so ultimately didn’t want to spend much time in there. Room showed some wear. Provided robe was dirty/had stains on it.”

“This property is beautiful, and the staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and rooms are spacious. We had a refrigerator with drinks (free of extra charge), filtered water outside the door with a pitcher in your room to refill, and an amazing breakfast every morning. As nice as the property is the cherry on top is the staff. Diego is so caring, attentive and delights in talking to and welcoming the guests every morning. I would come back to CDMX just to stay here again.”

“Fue un verdadero placer habernos alojado en Campos Polanco. La atención del personal del hotel es excepcional, nunca ni siquiera en hoteles de 5 estrellas nos habían atendido tan bien. Los cuartos para 2 personas son suficientemente amplios y cómodos. Limpieza y condiciones del hotel están al 100%. El desayuno está incluido, y si no deseas el menú del día, puedes pedir lo que se te antoje desayunar sin ningún costo adicional, siempre y cuando esté en sus posibilidades.
