"The staff was amaxing. Fast Eddie made our stay feel special. He was so helpful and always offered a smile and a happy gesture. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bar was a great place to grabe a drink and listen to some music and even a Mariachi band that was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel will stay there again if we ever return to the San Antonio Riverwalk. "

"Clean rooms, great location, however they don’t follow the agreement upon booking. They require a security deposit for any damages done to the property . Which is totally acceptable but they don’t return the deposit in a timely manner. Been over a week and they still haven’t refunded the deposit. Terrible customer service. "
