"Wonderful staff and amenities! The steak house was amazing and the access to the river walk is wonderful! The pool was great and the drinks and snacks are great! Centrally located to have all you need within walking distance."

"The restaurant Domingo did not have a functioning card reader. I was told by the hostess that I would have to fill out a form which would be used to input the charge at midnight. I indicated to one of the servers that I intended to pay cash. I was told that would work until it didn’t. No putting it on the room, no cash. I gave my card to the server to be hand copied. I was asked if I was given a voucher. Was that the $300 put on my card on check in? Who knows. The next day still no card reader. Even in the small restaurants in Campeche they have more than one card reader. So, my card number was in a stack of other card numbers for anyone to read. No water in the room. It had to be asked for. No safe."
