Front desk takes an eyternity to pick up the phone, I tried calling a few times before my stay and the hung up on me three times and the rest when they did decide to pick up I waited a minimum of 10 minutes for someone to pick up the phone. Then when it was time to check in on Friday February 23rd, the black male who attended us for check in looked so out of it like he was so confused he didn’t know what he was doing,I really thought he was on some sort of drug for the way he was acting plus had slurred speech I could barely understand.I didn’t like when it was time to check out I noticed they had charged half the amount of what they should’ve, come to find out it was a “temporary hold” and it didnt count towards the amount I owed, now I read the fine print on both, the app and papers I signed and it never said such thing would happen so it caught me off guard and un prepared, fortunately the issue was solved but the only big downside was since they took so long on helping me they made me miss my plane over this inconvenience. Talking of inconveniences, the toilet in my suite didn’t flush properly from the start, maintenance never came by to clean so we had piles of trash in the corner and the fridge didn’t cool properly so the food we had in it went bad. The area around the hotel was super unsafe, had to walk fast into the hotel. Our experience was super under expectations, we wouldn’t stay again or recommend this place. We really deserved some discount or something for it.
