"Pro: Staff was amazing, location and parking were excellent, price was great as well Con: windows so thin that it felt like the seagulls and people on the steet were IN my room on the top floor. My friend in the room next door said the same. Very hard to sleep past 5am."

"We stayed on the property for two nights. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a great location and a short walk to so many places. You can’t beat the free parking and breakfast. Drawbacks about the property: 1) no blackout curtains in the rooms. We were on the first floor next to a busy street and the room did not get dark; you get lights from passing cars. Private enough but may be an issue for some. 2) lots of stairs. There is no ramp from first floor to the lobby. We had a stroller and 2 older adults with limited mobility so it was rough at times. It’s not just one flight of stairs either- it’s a few. Stay on the second or third floor if stairs are an issue. Would we stay again? Yes. I would consider staying here again. "

"We stayed two nights - each breakfast had a different egg dish, but the mini quiche was EXCELLENT. Croissants were advertised on the website, but never saw one. Staff very friendly and always willing to answer questions. Will definitely go back. Enjoyed happy hour, too!"

"Staff / manager tried her best to address issues and was very kind… keep in mind this street has may historical older Spanish style buildings, that’s the charm of this street… and this hotel is not the exception. So with older buildings, there will be water temperature issues, insulation is not as up to date , nor door seals - so you will hear outside noise. Inside decor of our suite was very cute & cozy. Part of the Spanish charm of the building is the Spanish outside clay tiles ( probably original) but when employees roll their carts over them they are very loud especially when rolling close to your unit. Breakfast - was an issue for me, I was not to happy… but the manager addressed it and said she’s speak to the breakfast team… as all food should be continued to be made available up until 10am. (If you need a filling breakfast w protein- it’s probably best to go out instead). "

"The staff is super friendly. The waitstaff in the restaurant hustles! They're on it for the breakfast rush! Our room had a balcony on the water, it was spectacular! The bed is fluffy, comfortable. The towels are huge, soft. The coffee maker is a Nespresso...so good! We had facials in the spa, again all the staff is so kind! I will definitely be back for more rest and relaxation!"
