We loved our stay at the Villas and would recommend it to anyone who wants a beautiful place to stay at a reasonable price. If you enjoy a quiet walk on a cobblestone street or lovely beach in the morning or at the end of a busy day you will love this location. We had a wonderful family vacation here and will return.

This place is amazing I highly recommend. The host was very kind and accommodating. The location is right by a quiet beach 2 min away and in walking distance from the town. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms and pool were very clean.

Million Dollar View

The view is a million Dollar View. The place is clean and the staff was great even through my poor Spanish and their minimal English. The cutely and other Kitchen utensils where lacking a fair bit.

No restaurants within a km of this property. It was more like a kilometre and a half to the town center. Not the .60 of a km as posted. Rooms were not clean and very dated. We stayed 8 days and had maid service once. The hotel is on a big hill and it is a climb to all the rooms. Would not recommend for anyone with any kind of mobility issues.

This place is a solid 3 star, with potential to be a 5 star. They really need to invest some money to upgrade simple things, like the sheets, drapes, patio furniture and cooking wear. The property has so much potential, it's beautiful with amazing views. But it's run down, and they seem to just fix everything by painting it... literally our fridge had a wet coat of paint on it when we arrived. We had to unclog two drains to get them to drain. Still, we had a good stay for 8 days, and our room was very spacious. I would recommend as a budget stay with incredible views!

This hotel was amazing! The building itself is just how it looks in the pictures and each apartment has its own balcony with ocean view. The design of the building is glorious. The owner contacted me in advance and answered all of my travel questions in detail making me feel very safe and comfortable. It is an easy cab ride ( 1 hour, $100 CAD) from the airport and I found the area very safe and friendly. Raymundo met us at arrival and showed us around the property which has a beautifully maintained pool. It is 3 minutes tot he beach and 10 minutes to walk into the town of San Pancho. There you will find hippies, surfer dudes, restaurants, fancy beachfront condos and anything you would like to do. It is a wonderful friendly, safe little town, especially when compared to the business of Sayulita or Puerto Vallarta. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend. I have to say this is not a 5 star hotel, so don't go there looking for that. But don't let that or reviews about the paint stop you from booking an amazing holiday

The property was OK. The view was amazing. Everything was fine until my mom got stung by a Scorpio. Unfortunately they don’t have a screen in the master bedroom bathroom and the Scorpio got into the toilet paper when my mom reached for the paper she got Stung in her hand And we had to rush to the hospital so they need to put a screen in the bathroom window so they can come back in there besides that the view was amazing quiet place on the hill overlooking the ocean

Property location is good. Guiermo was very helpful. Communication with listed host was 1 text. The property lacks in dishes. Top of fridge is rusted and fridge has poor control and freezes most things. Space between stove and counter is very dirty. The paint job at this facility was poorly done. Drips of paint all over the floor, sidewalks, bathroom has paint drips on floor,vanity and everywhere. No drop sheets used when painted. Location is good as it is quiet. Can hear ocean which is nice. You have to walk to everything or rent a golf cart. Over all I would stay there again, but the place needs fixing. Windows and patio doors do not work properly. Bathroom needs a make over as it looks dirty Gieremo was excellent and was helpful all the time.

We had an amazing time at Villas Paradise!

The huge rooms, balcony, living rooms, etc were above expectations! For the price this place is a gem. The hotel would gain of regular maintenance to shine more. Again, for the price, super happy and will go back. But shower drain clogged, lack of kitchen cooking pans, knife, etc. To counter that, the view is exceptional and the beach is across the street! 10 min walk form downtown. Loved that place

Great pool, very easy access to the beach, the owner was attentive and answered back very quickly. The view of the ocean was terrific,we saw whales on several occasions. Our move move out times did not match up well and we were allowed early check in and late check out( we worked with Jaun Carlos to make sure he had enough time to have the room cleaned and ready). We will try and get back here again next year.

Reservamos para 4 días pero solo estuvimos 2 la habitación había muchísimas cucarachas grandes de la humedad,Hormigas lagartijas adentro del cuarto , No nos sentíamos seguros en villa de paradise la puerta del balcón no se cerraba con seguro.tuvimos que salir a comprar un palo para atorrar la puerta Es un lugar con una vista espectacular pero villa de paradice nesecita muchísimo mantenimiento parece un bello lugar en decadencia
