"Excellent spot for a family vacation. We stayed in. 2 bedroom with 2 queens in one and a king in the other with its separate bathroom. Kitchens was a little outdated but We did not mind it was nice to cook in and enjoy the pool. The kids loves the slides and jacuzzi on the cave. The staff was friendly and didn’t bother us for bringing in our our food and drink since we had such a large group. We got there early and our room was ready. Beware of the timeshare people who will call your room many times to get you to book a timeshare presentation. Overall it was a 9 out of a 10"

"The pool is nice and heated! For the price, you can’t beat this hotel. It’s nice! Comfy bed. It’s on a major road and our room was on the side but it didn’t bother us. We don’t eat here so I can’t comment on food. There is a nice walking or bike path all along hwy 111. We rode our bikes to the zoo and all around. "

"We had a wonderful time here at the Hyatt. It was a "sisters" trip and we wanted a nice pool with poolside service. We rented a cabana and it was lovely. The hotel was the perfect getaway for us...we just kicked back and enjoyed our time together. Agua Caliente Casino is nearby and we went there for a couple hours. We enjoyed the lazy river and there were a ton of youngsters having a blast going down the water slides. Hyatt always has such beautiful hotels and we are never disappointed. (P.S. The Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen is amazing!)"
