I like the location and the customer service. I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel, the building , the furniture ,floors the doors too old and in bad conditions, the elevators are really small and old .

We arrived early, and the front desk staff kindly allowed us to enter our room. I upgraded my room with a view and balcony facing the park, which is so beautiful during sunrise and sunset. The hotel was renovated, and it was very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor is decent, and the locals are friendly. We advise you to wait for the money exchange. Avoid doing it at money exchange places. Ask the locals. Few restaurants in front of the park gave us better deals to exchange money. We only got 16.90 at the airport, and at a local restaurant, they gave us 20.00 pesos for US $, which was a deal.

It is by far the best location in town. The hotel is in the plaza. Allows for easy access and allows you to enjoy late night festivities at your door step. Love this location. The hotel itself is a bit antiquated but the location makes up for it.
