Excellent customer service. Very attentive. Hotel is humble yet cozy. Pool is small, but big enough for kids and a few adults. Restaurant is limited. Food is good! Beer is widely available mixed drinks not so many to choose from maybe 1 or 2. Overall safe surrounding very family oriented hotel.

The hotel is right next to a major road. The actual rooms and hotel look nothing like the pictures. We were told our reservation wasn’t confirmed when we first got there and that a room wasn’t ready for check in. I tried to cancel the stay and kindly requested a refund from the hotel since we decided to change to a different hotel. They denied the refund. The night there was terrible. There was no hot water and absolutely no hotel staff besides the unfriendly housekeeper. -Nunca intentamos quedarnos gratis. Solo nos quedamos una noche porque las condiciones del hotel no eran adecuadas y no se podía permanecer ahí. Por eso nos fuimos y reservamos en otro lugar. El reembolso que solicitamos es únicamente por las noches que no utilizamos, no por la noche que sí nos quedamos. Es una solicitud justa considerando que no podíamos seguir hospedándonos bajo esas condiciones. Esperamos que puedan reconsiderarlo.

No me gusto nada, me parece elevado el precio para las instalaciones tan deterioradas y sucias, parece hotel de paso, la alberca está muy descuidada y sucia, como es de cemento te raspa los pies y esta despintada, el estacionamiento es insuficiente y te piden que dejes en la calle el auto, la habitación esta súper deteriorada, le falta mucho mantenimiento y renovar mobiliario, no tiene ni una silla donde sentarse, ni maletero, nuestro equipaje y cosas estuvieron en el piso, el clóset es un hueco en la pared sin ganchos, el baño en terrible, todo es viejo y oxidado y mal limpiada, en el baño nos dejaron un pañal sucio y ni cuenta se dieron, muestra de que no limpian bien. Lo único bueno de la habitación que me tocó es el A/C de la hab No. 8 enfría bien. Amenidades lo único es 1 sobre de shampoo y un micro jabón que a duras penas y alcanza para 1 persona.

Las fotos de la app no son las reales. Instalaciones viejas, deterioradas. La alberca sucia y muy maltratada. En la foto viene hasta "camastros" no existen. No hay snacks ni comida. Solo agua en recepción y estas en carro a 5 min de la primera población. Tienes mecedoras en silla muy comodas
