"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. 6/10 Okay

"Outdoor pool was closed for most of our stay. The Rose was closed to us as well for a private event. This is the second time staying the rose has been closed. The restaurant needs upgrading. The bar is way too small especially when weather is not great. They need more one TV in the restaurant. The TVs need mounted on the wall. not a tv you roll in out that only one side of the bar can see. They also need some music in there. The seating needs upgraded as well. They have a big area for seating that could be used more efficient and accommodate guests! Clearly guests like the bar it’s packed most times so make it bigger or have more than one!"

"The place is nice and lots to do. I kind of expected a little more of a classy experience with the price we paid to stay there. We enjoyed it though. We’ve stayed at other places in FL around the same costs but felt like the other properties were better and we felt catered to more. A few negatives was that we couldn’t get coffee until after 7am when the restaurant opened. Then the staff focused solely on seating people for breakfast and it took a bit to get the coffee to go. The pool was nice but pool towels were small and cheap material. Pool was somewhat dirty at times and other times it was clean. I’m sure it is a challenge with so many people the landscape around it too. The gift shop says it was open 24/7 it was not. We wanted some additional bottles of water after hours and there wasn’t any vending machines either. Parking is good, location is good but just a few simple things they could do better to improve."

"This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future."

"When we arrived, we were able to check in early; which was nice. Had a Jr. Suite. It was Memorial day weekend so we paid a lot more than it was worth. We Got to our room, the door stuck and was difficult to push open. The room was about 700 sq ft. Unfortunately, the TV in the living area didn't work. The carpet was a bit sticky. Halfway through our stay, the lights in the kitchenette area stopped working. I understand people love their pets and it's great that hotels recognize it; however, it's my opinion that people with pets should be housed in a specific part of the hotel. The beach access was good. The pool was also good but there was so many people the water was rather cloudy most of the time. Being that it is a Hilton hotel and rated "excellent" you'd expect the rooms to live up to the lobby area and be really nice. I was a little disappointed because we spent a hefty sum and felt like everything was overpriced, everywhere. They didn't even provide a bottle of water. The parking lot was small and seemed quite cramped. One would think parking would not cost $15 per night when you pay so much to stay. There certainly wasn't space for the number of rooms. Other then the negative, we still had a nice time with family."
