"Enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle. It’s right by the beach. Not too far from Destin. Management company was on point. There was a mixup with chair service but a quick call and it was corrected. Also the tennis net needed to be replaced and it was done really quick. Place was clean and room temp was good. Beds were comfy. Elevators wait time was not too bad but expected. We would stay there again. "

No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet."

"Wonderful stay and very convenient to the beach and pool. Restaurants are close by to walk to. Staff was very friendly. Elevators are super fast. I would only recommend investing in new lounges by the pool, most had mold stains. And definitely hiring a lifeguard for the small children running everywhere. Bathtubs are slippery and dangerous!!"

"Fue hace un mes para celebrara mi cumpleaños, y en realidad me encantó este hotel, no es de precio exhorbitante pero es lindo y cómodo, les recomiendo el lado de “Beach House” con vista a la playa, es un poco más caro pero vale completamente la pena dormir con la cortina abierta para que tu primera vista al despertar sea ella mar y amanecer, es un ambiente familiar es su mayoría pero fui con mi pareja y valió la pena, definitivamente pienso regresar 💜"
