The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "El Matador is a wonderful location. The complex could use some renovations, but it makes up for it in location and character. It’s a laid back location. Fewer people and less stress. We really enjoyed it. The room was well maintained and nice. We had a wonderful vacation and will try to rent the same room again. "

"Great property for a couple. It really isn't big enough for more and some features you may expect (an oven and a working ice maker) are not available. In fairness. I didnt let the rental company know about the fridge's ice maker, but i just assumed it was not hooked up. The walking distance and view of the beach were fantastic and the chair service on the beach was unbeatable!"
