"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. "Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. "

"Everything was spectacular! From the moment we checked in the staff was attentive to our needs and very accommodating. The hotel is very well set up and managed, lots of great fun things to do that I have never experienced at any other hotel. All staff members were quick to respond to requests even though there was no emergency on my end. They were so willing to help and make customer's needs a priority. As disappointing as the work force is in general, the Holiday Inn hotel staff was gracious to make our experience pleasureable and perfect. From the concierge, restaurant, coffee/ice cream and all the way to housekeeping they were spot on. I look forward to booking my next visit with them!"
