"Very late check-in was an inconvenience. No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet."

This was a great location. quiet neighborhood. really enjoyed this section of the beach, and Tranquility was a five minute walk or two minute drive to the public beach access. Super comfy and plenty of room for our family of 4. good WiFi. could’ve used an extra blanket i guess. it became an even better place to relax when we found out our place back home suffered some damage from a tornado. would definitely recommend it."

"I have now stayed at The Island twice. I love to walk the beach, visit the pier and go to the restaraunts and shops nearby. I utilize the gym but it is not onsite. You have to walk to the building next door and use a pin code to gain access. The pools and beach are fantastic!"

"Aileen checked me in. She was so friendly and helpful. We stayed in a very spacious ocean facing room with a great balcony that has 2 chairs and a side table. The sheets were crisp and white. The beds were comfy and each one had 4 pillows. The air conditioner worked very very well.... cold sleepers unite :) . The toiletries were light on scent and family friendly . The 2 pools and outside deck was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great variety.... and I'll say it.... it beats the marriot fairfield inn spread any day! You'll thank me if you are traveling with kids."
