"Nice clean unit with view of the bay. The master bed was firm and pillows were too flat. The master didn’t have a lamp and alarm clock but they remedied that by having it delivered. Elevators are lightning fast however noisy and was able to hear them from the unit. Staff was extremely friendly. "

"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "The unit was very clean. The dishwasher smelled like something died in it and would not work. The water filter pitcher would not filter water. The master bath pipes made a very loud knocking noise when the water was on or the toilet was flushed. The door lock system was easy to use. The code was delivered late and I had to call customer service to get the code resent. "The room was too small the bed was too high, no chairs to sit in. No place in shower to put your toiletries when showing. The lamps had no adapters to plug in phones, etc. and not enough outlets. No place to put your luggage."

"This hotel was amazing!!! Right on the beach and had a beautiful courtyard. Rooms were clean. Pools were clean. The entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The onsite restaurant/bar was amazing, and their drinks were top tier. My favorite thing about this hotel is that we were walking distance to so many places/sites since it’s right by the boardwalk. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun time. I definitely will be staying here again next time I’m come to Fort Walton."
