"The floor was filthy. There was sand everywhere. The washer and dryer need proper maintenance performed. It took several cycles to get the laundry clean and dry. The kitchen did not have everything necessary to cook and the dishes had not been washed prior to our arrival. The hot water heater is in need of either a good cleaning or repairs as the hot water only lasted a few moments before running out. There was no extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed. "The property was clean, the condo was nice. The elevators were concerning, one had a plywood floor. The quiet beach area was nice, but conveniently located to lots of eateries and activities. "

"Great little place for a couple or small family. It has beach access within a minute from the door so thankfully not far to haul your gear. Check in was simple, all instructions were emailed prior to arrival."

"Great property for a couple. It really isn't big enough for more and some features you may expect (an oven and a working ice maker) are not available. In fairness. I didnt let the rental company know about the fridge's ice maker, but i just assumed it was not hooked up. The walking distance and view of the beach were fantastic and the chair service on the beach was unbeatable!"
