The lower level parking was very dark and eerie we had watched an individual walk in through the out gates the first day that we were there and it was obvious that he did not wish to be seen by the attendants / guards at the entry gate. “AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill. I travel a lot, and I would go back. ”

I only wish I had more time to stay, perhaps even a month or two, because it’s definitely a place I plan to revisit.
