“AMAZING! The communication and attention from the staff were incredible. I felt accompanied the whole time. Big shoutout to Vera, she was constantly checking on me, made sure I was getting my breakfast timely, got me into a great day tour and gave me my room earlier. She is the heart and soul of Sophia. The location was incredible and the views were breathtaking. Thank you for everything !!!”
