“This hotel is in a great location. It was a nice hotel 20-25 years ago, but now the furniture and carpets are old, worn out, and stained. Staff are friendly, but the owners obviously do not invest in the hotel anymore. There are many better hotels in Sarajevo for a lot less money. ”

Attention to small things were really impressive -- they helped me with parking my car in subtle but very kind ways. For instance, seeing that my car was small (a VW golf), they suggested using their garage rather than use the paid parking spot.
