“Breakfast was awful! Cold eggs and not much to choose from. Quite disappointing Staff was super friendly though. Furniture was old and worn. Bed was comfortable. There was a slight smell...not sure what it was.”

“We stayed here for a night on a trip down south, and we were blown away with how nice the room and property were. The owners were extremely generous and provided us with smores to cook with our kids in the fireplace in the covered porch area. Couldn't recommend this place enough ”

“The property is very old and probably need an update soon. You can see some paint missing from the wall and the water pressure in the shower is not very strong. Also, the parking lot is very small and it is a bit tricky to drive in and out. However, the staffs in this hotel did a great job keeping the property clean! Despite how old the carpet looks like, the hotel smell nicely fresh in all floors and in our room. Also, all the tables in the dinning room are actually very clean! Like spotless!...

“The single entrance door that allowed access to all rooms, located in the center of the building, would not lock behind you presenting a serious security issue in that anyone could enter the building, at anytime day or night. It was obvious the closing mechanism to the door was broken and was reported immediately to the hotel staff. “Very nice stay. Loved the area. Sat in the cool air on the front porch in a rocking chair after a long day's drive. Frank was an excellent host. Quiet at night. ”

“We wanted to love this. We stayed in the bunkhouse- that was what was available. It was NOISY. Think nyc apartment. The bathroom would use some TLC. Checking in was not friendly or seamless. Seemed like there was not a clear place to go and that we were in the way. ”
