“The heating and plumbing on the property have some issues but the building itself is absolutely a castle! Dinner was very nice and there were excellent GF options. The staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Beautiful historic building, and our room was very large. Looked like some of the bathroom was redone but obviously plumbing was older. Water temperature in shower would get very hot or cold suddenly without being touched. Lots of stairs! Room temperature was not adjustable, noticed fans in the closet but saw no thermostat. Staff was fantastic! Vijay and Joyce were super friendly, and everyone was very polite and accommodating. Joyce even suggested a lunch spot for us on our way to our next...

“인버네스 시내에서 좀 멀어서 차나 택시가 필수예요. 리셉션이 있는 건물은 중세건물로 운치있어 좋았고, 객실이 있는 곳은 옆에 새로지어진 굉장히 현실적(?)인 건물이었습니다. 정원과 조식을 먹는 가든은 이뻤어요. 조식 맛은 그냥 보통입니다. 직원분이 친절하긴하나 교육은 안받으신 직원인 것 같고, 객실건물은 한층 이동해야하나 엘레베이터는 없습니다. 객실과 욕실은 넓은 편이고 라지에이터도 따뜻했어요”
