"This place is really nice. Close to everything, and just around the corner you can have a beer at Prost House 😍 The price is also good! We come back 👍"
"It would have been nice if someone could have shown us where the apartment was and how to get in. The apartment itself was great, could have used a box of tissues but otherwise had everything we needed and the location was amazing with a great little balcony. Breakfast was terrible, they couldn’t turn the tables over quick enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel, one morning there was no coffee or juice. "
"Excellent location and amazing views at the Red House, down by the River!
The property owner was amazing and helped make checking in very simple and educated us about our surroundings. I will definitely recommend The Red House by the River to our friends and family."
"I stayed for 3 nights as a female solo traveller. I enjoyed my stay. It is very close to the Sao Bento train station and the hike up is not that crazy. It is close to many places to see although Porto (center) is very easily walkable, I felt safe walking later in the evening. The unit was clean with everything needed . It is on the small side but not an issue for me. I would say that having one folding chair as well as some kind of tray -to put our plate to eat- would be great. Otherwise, all...
"These little apartments are clean, bright and right next to the large citadel. The breakfast delivered every morning was a great variety and nice to enjoy in the privacy of your room. It is very quiet and walkable to everything. Parking is a public spot a few hundred yards away, but is reasonable, just expect to walk down streets with your luggage over rough cobblestone and pavement."
"Great location. close to supermarket, shops, subway and everything is walking distance.
Check in was easy with clear instructions and was there to welcome us."
"Very nice apartment in a great Location
Everything is near by, not really quiet
I recommend earplugs at Night.
The Terrace was a little disappointing
because it was not quite as shown on the internet. It was a little dirty and bad furniture., but still nice to sit"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic and the breakfast was fresh everyday. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Porto!"
"The location is excellent. The staff was excellent and very helpful. There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the luggage room, however. The bed was comfortable, but there was one plastic chair in the room that could have used a washing with vinegar to remove smells. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and gluten free options were limited."
"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."
