"The location is excellent. The staff was excellent and very helpful. There is no one to take your luggage and put it in the luggage room, however. The bed was comfortable, but there was one plastic chair in the room that could have used a washing with vinegar to remove smells. The breakfast buffet was pretty basic and gluten free options were limited."

"We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast."
